UPDATE

Hello Southwest Customers,  Our tanks are back up to full capacity and everyone should have their water service restored.  We are back to regular operations and monitoring the system diligently.  We will sample the water on Monday and hopefully have the OK from the State to remove the boil order by mid-week.   Thanks for your understanding.

Update

Good morning customers, The tanks are filling up and will continue to fill through out the day. As the level of water in the tank rises more people will have water service restored. Southwest Water Users will continue to offer water for pick-up at JJ's Truck Stop and delivery if needed. The boil order is still in place and you will be notified when it is lifted. The water can be utilized for general use but bring to a rolling boil for one minute to consume. Thank you for your patience in this matter. Please call 501-776-2212 for more information.
